Key Terms

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device you wish to sell.
• All initial values are subject to the age and condition of your device. No binding offer will be made until the device has been inspected.
• A final offer will only be provided after a thorough inspection by our technician during the visit. The value agreed upon must be legally accepted.
• Required documents: Self-attested government ID proof and, if requested, an indemnity bond provided by Tap2Cash.
• You must have full ownership and legal rights to sell the device, free of any encumbrances or legal constraints.

Data Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that all data on the device is wiped before handing it over. Tap2Cash is not liable for any remaining accessible data or its recovery.

Non-returnable Policy

Once you sell a device through Tap2Cash, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Policy on Gifted Devices

Devices distributed through government or NGO programs are not eligible for sale on the Tap2Cash platform.

Revisions and Cancellations

Tap2Cash reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time without prior notice. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being published. Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be canceled at our sole discretion.

Third-party Professionals

Tap2Cash does not guarantee the suitability or qualifications of third-party professionals. Your interactions with third-party professionals are at your own risk and discretion. Tap2Cash will not be liable for disputes or issues arising from these interactions.
